ABOUT US
Our facility is a 60,000 SF warehouse in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Our operations are broken into two parts – floor, wall and ceiling assembly, and modular/volumetric construction. We have 21 independent workstations with Whiting-Turner’s trained craftsmen specializing in their expertise/individual fields.

I spent the first 24 years of my career pulling splinters out of my hands building wood-frame projects. I’ve since swapped the splinters for metal shavings as we move Whiting-Turner into the future of construction through manufacturing and innovation.

Using prefabricated wall and floor modules gives you control over the most crucial portions of your project. Our skilled Whiting-Turner professionals efficiently build these components in our facility in advance and deliver them to your jobsite.

Our facility gives us the capability to shift many aspects of traditional construction into an off-site, manufacturing-style production. Modular construction allows you to build a special part, repeated component or your own innovative concept while saving you money.
